Closing & Business Ownership
Escrow documents as well as Franchisor documents will be signed, and a Fortune Business Agent will meet the buyer and the seller at the business location on the date of the changeover. Upon a final walk-thru and an inventory count, escrow will be instructed to disperse the funds and close escrow.
