As a small business owner himself, Fernando also helps individuals who are exploring business ownership by helping them to explore various business / franchise options - new or resale. Fernando has degrees in finance & marketing in addition to a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
Principal Broker Mike Jani, a veteran Business & Franchise Broker founded Fortune Business Brokers with a goal to bring business sellers and buyers together. As a founder of a successful IT services company, a small business owner and a Business Coach, Mike brings more than 30 years of business and management experience. In addition to having an extensive business and franchise experience, Mike has extensive knowledge of finance and business investment. He assists his clients in analyzing, evaluating, and negotiating businesses and franchises – as sellers or buyers.
Harnish Patel brings more than 5 years of diverse experiences in the Real Estate industry including hotel ownership in the USA and land trading in India. His experiences include collaborating with commercial investment teams, analyzing and acquiring properties and implementing cost reduction strategies to improve NOI. In his free time, he likes to fly for recreational and medical volunteering (Angel Flight) purposes."
Eric brings over a decade of lending experience working with small to midsize businesses providing them funding for their varied business needs He’s a former SBA & Commercial Real Estate banker specializing in business acquisition and commercial real estate purchase.
